We offer a continuum of programs serving many aspects of learning, tailored to meet specific needs, based on diagnosis, best practice, full spectrum delivery and effective, practical follow through.
These include:
School Leadership
- We provide guidance and support for School Boards, especially in areas of Governance, the Charter and Strategy.
- Principals value our Leadership Mentoring and Appraisal, receiving support that carries experience, trustworthiness and insight. This helps Principals make informed strategic decisions.
- The Leadership Forum provides a unique process for the senior team to synthesise their thoughts to navigate their school to quality educational outcomes.
- Middle Managers are provided with support to work with the complexity of the multiple roles within which they are engaged.
Whole School Change
- We have decades of experience in leading the process of re-visioning, re-culturing, re-strategising and enhancing curriculum delivery, providing the critical platform to realise learning mastery.
- We provide a Learning Audit giving an external lens into important aspects of the school learning environment, allowing senior staff to make necessary course corrections.
Staff Training
Many forms of staff training are available, including staff meetings, group forums and Teacher Only Days. Each form of training is tailored to meet specific needs with follow up to ensure long term impact.
In-Class Support
“Teaching for Effective Learning” is an in-school program designed to advance teaching competencies and enhance the learning culture of classrooms. A team of teachers trial new tools that enrich student learning. Throughout the Program, teachers are equipped with the skills that take them to their next level of mastery as educators.
